What a difference a year made for Kelsey Caldwell. At last year’s Junior National Finals Rodeo, Caldwell and her horse Shine On A Dime finished in the middle of the pack in senior barrel racing. Saturday at the Wrangler Rodeo Arena, the two won a world championship.
